There is a cool-down period of up to 24 hours if a player is not sold. This is to create a more realistic market where sometimes selling clubs have to accept less than they would have hoped due to market forces. For example, if a team is desperate to sell a player at the end of the season to balance their books then they can not always expect to receive a fee well above the player's market value.
Why can I not relist my player when he did not sell on the transfer market?
