The HEAD COACH is probably your single most important member of staff. These are highly-sought-after professionals who are able to give a bonus to the entire team. However, due to their demand, they are not available for long - every day there is a new selection.

Once hired they will be with you until the end of the NEXT SEASON. Shortly before their contract expires you will have an option to extend it for small markup.

FITNESS BOOST: Reduces the rate at which your squad loses FITNESS


INJURY REDUCTION: Reduces the severity of player injuries


RED CARD REDUCTION: Reduces the number of red cards that your team receives


HOME MATCH BONUS: Gives your team a strength bonus in HOME matches


AWAY MATCH BONUS: Gives your team a strength bonus in AWAY matches


STRONGER OPPONENT BONUS: Gives your team a strength bonus when playing against STRONGER opponents
